Today our need for speed - fast internet, fast downloads, fast phone connections - has given way to a fast way to write or text a person. This may be acceptable on a social level. What tips do you have for email etiquette?

My tip: Never email when you are angry or upset. In a moment of anger, people tend to say things they normally wouldn't in person when emailing or texting.
